This carbon steel welded equal tee listing targets gas and oil transport with GOST and A105 references. The original image supports a tee form, while the selectable type is labeled Reducer. Confirm the selected component, supplied material and drawing before accepting a configuration for the actual transport system.
Identify the GOST and supplied material requirements
Specify the GOST number, edition and fitting or material scope required for the project. An unnumbered standard reference does not establish conformity. Request actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation; A105 title wording and an a234wpb option do not provide one certified supplied material package.
The legacy brand wording does not establish the current manufacturer or production records for the order. Confirm actual traceability through the supplied documentation. Clarify Welded connection versus component construction and obtain manufacturing evidence supporting the Forged table entry rather than assuming a production route from the title or image.
Approve equal-tee geometry and surface acceptance
Provide run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and welding end details on the approved drawing. Confirm Equal geometry and the selected option mapping. Agree tolerances and explicit units, since Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not provide complete measured values.
Specify the Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection criteria for the actual supply. Metallic appearance cannot establish coating chemistry or corrosion performance. Agree handling and preservation requirements with the material, dimensional and end records needed for acceptance of the selected component before installation.
Set gas and oil transport conditions
State the actual medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical allowable limits unspecified. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package against the transport requirements, then agree inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approving the fitting.
