This steel pipe listing targets outdoor scaffolding and references galvanized zinc coating and seamless construction. The table records Cold Rolled surface treatment, ERW and both Non-Alloy and stainless steel classifications. Verify the actual member, production route and coating package before treating the listing as an approved scaffold component.
Identify the supplied member and zinc treatment
Request the material specification, grade, condition and traceable manufacturing documents. Resolve the material classifications and establish seamless or ERW construction through production records. Cold Rolled wording describes a surface or processing aspect; it does not verify the zinc treatment referenced in the title.
Confirm the actual coating method, required thickness, coverage, acceptance criteria and inspection records for the order. The original photograph shows bundled round pipes with coloured end covers, not verified galvanizing. Neither a dark surface nor protector colour establishes zinc performance, outdoor service life or resistance to the proposed exposure.
Set geometry and connections for the scaffold system
The order choices include a 6–20 mm wall range and lengths of 12 m or 6 m. Select the actual outside diameter, bore, wall and cut length from the scaffold drawing. The 219–1066 mm outside-diameter range must be reconciled with the required member and connection dimensions.
Specify straightness, roundness, ends and joint fit. Establish the dimension and measurement method covered by ±1%, and confirm Non-oiled supply and handling protection. Check the intended connection arrangement against actual member geometry; generic pipe application labels do not establish compatibility with a particular scaffolding system.
Document outdoor loading and system acceptance
Provide load cases, support conditions, connections, cycles and environmental exposure. Review the verified grade, route, geometry and coating against the actual system requirements. Identify applicable specifications and editions, then agree material, coating, dimensional, end and required project tests with traceable records. General ASTM, API and ISO 9001 entries do not establish scaffold approval or numerical load capacity.
