This large-bore carbon steel tee listing targets mining and slurry transport and includes a PN16 reference. The original image shows tee forms, while the selectable type reads Reducer. Confirm the actual fitting and flow passage on the approved drawing before assigning dimensions or accepting a configuration.
Define bore and branch geometry for the slurry line
Large Bore describes the listing but does not provide a measured internal passage or flow capacity. Specify run and branch bores, diameters, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions. Confirm the Equal arrangement and selected option mapping, with actual welding end preparation and mating-pipe details.
Agree dimensional tolerances and inspection criteria using explicit units. Metric, Hexagon and Customized Size fields do not replace measured values, and the broad size range does not identify an ordered component. The image supports tee shape but cannot establish bore dimensions, wall thickness or suitability for a particular slurry.
Confirm PN basis and material acceptance
Identify the specification and component scope behind PN16 for the actual tee, material and temperature conditions. The nominal reference, High Pressure and Other class do not establish a numerical allowable envelope. Request supplied grade, condition, traceability and production records supporting the Forged description.
Define Painting coverage, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for the actual supply. A painting entry does not establish an abrasion-resistant lining, protective performance or service life. Confirm any project-specific wear requirements separately, using the selected material, flow passage and actual slurry exposure to assess acceptance.
Describe solids and operating requirements
Provide carrier fluid, solids composition, concentration, particle characteristics, contaminants, flow requirements, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. Evaluate the confirmed material, bore, geometry and joints against the mining system requirements. Agree material, bore and end inspections, surface records, marking, preservation and delivery before approving the component for the stated duty.
