This forged carbon steel tee listing targets pressure-vessel piping with welding and JIS references. The selectable type is labeled Reducer. The title and original image support a tee enquiry, while actual material, end geometry and project acceptance need confirmation for the component represented by the order.
Identify the JIS and vessel specification scope
Specify the JIS number, edition and intended fitting or project coverage. JIS Standard alone is not a complete specification or evidence of conformity. Agree the actual component requirements with the vessel project and obtain supplied production and inspection documentation supporting the Forged reference.
The image includes printed markings, but they do not establish grade, dimensions or certification for the selected order. Request actual supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records. Carbon Steel and a234wpb options are labels rather than certificates, so assess the documented material package against the vessel acceptance requirements.
Approve welding ends and the ordered tee geometry
Define run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall, center-to-end and actual welding end preparation on the approved drawing. Confirm Equal geometry and resolve the selected option mapping. Agree mating-pipe details, tolerances and inspection criteria with explicit units; Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not provide measured values.
Specify Painting treatment, covered surfaces and acceptance for internal process and external exposure. Metallic appearance cannot identify coating chemistry or protective performance. Confirm actual coating inspections, preservation and handling records together with the material, dimensional and end documentation needed for acceptance of the supplied component.
Set vessel operating and documentation requirements
State process medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class do not quantify allowable conditions or certify vessel use. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and joints, then agree vessel-required inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery against the actual project before approval.
