This tube listing addresses semiconductor applications with stainless steel, seamless and EP electropolishing references. The table includes Non-Alloy, ERW and Cold Rolled entries. Confirm the offered material and processing package before treating the tube as a verified electropolished or clean-process component for a particular installation.
Trace actual grade, production and EP processing
Obtain the supplied specification, grade, condition, traceability and manufacturing documentation. Resolve the stainless and Non-Alloy classifications, and confirm seamless or ERW construction with production records. The original photograph shows bundled metallic tubes with blue end covers; it cannot identify chemistry or the actual manufacturing route.
Cold Rolled and EP wording concern different processing aspects and do not establish the actual electropolished surface. Specify the required internal and external finish, processing evidence and acceptance criteria. Surface brightness does not verify roughness, cleanliness, leak performance or approval for semiconductor process service.
Specify tube geometry and contamination controls
The variants provide 12 m and 6 m length choices, also annotated in feet, together with a 6–20 mm wall range. Order actual diameter, bore, wall and length values matched to the process drawing. The 219–1066 mm diameter range is broad and requires confirmation for the selected tube position.
Set straightness, roundness, end preparation and mating-joint criteria. Clarify the dimension covered by ±1% and the measurement method. Confirm Non-oiled supply and agree cleaning, end protection and packaging requirements for the process. End covers alone do not establish controlled cleanliness or preservation of a specified internal surface.
Agree semiconductor process evidence and acceptance
Describe the actual medium, contamination sensitivity, composition, pressure, temperature, cycling and joint conditions. Identify applicable specifications and editions. Review the verified material and surfaces against those inputs, then agree material, dimensional, end, cleanliness and required project tests with traceable reports. Generic ASTM, API and ISO 9001 labels do not establish semiconductor certification.
