This custom painted tee listing targets food and beverage equipment and includes a stainless steel 304 reference. Its material options instead identify Carbon Steel and a234wpb. Confirm the supplied alloy and process requirements before selecting the component; an industry application label does not demonstrate food-contact approval.
Resolve alloy and actual branch arrangement
The original image supports a tee form with a branch that appears smaller than the run. This does not establish a measured reduction ratio or confirm the Equal title and table. Request the approved run and branch drawing, nominal sizes, diameters, bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions.
Confirm how the tee maps to the selectable Reducer label and agree actual welding ends, mating-pipe details and tolerances. Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records to resolve the stainless and carbon steel wording. The image cannot identify alloy or certify the selected material package.
Define painted and process-contact surfaces
Specify which surfaces are painted and which contact the process product. Agree the actual treatment, surface inspection and acceptance requirements for each area. The Painting entry and dark appearance do not establish coating chemistry, food-contact compliance, hygienic surface roughness or cleanability for the intended equipment.
Use an approved custom drawing revision to define dimensions, units and any project-specific surface requirements. Hexagon, Metric and Customized Size entries do not replace those values. Request actual production records supporting the Forged table reference, together with the documentation required for material and surface acceptance.
Check product and cleaning operating conditions
Describe the food or beverage product, ingredients, concentration, contaminants, temperature, pressure, cycles, cleaning and sterilization conditions. High Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package, then agree inspections, records, marking, protection and delivery against the actual process requirements.
