This custom-angle carbon steel tee listing targets chemical, oil and water piping. The original image shows red tee forms, while the selectable type reads Reducer. Confirm the actual ordered component and branch drawing before assigning a custom geometry, connection arrangement or accepted configuration for the intended process line.
Specify the custom branch angle on the drawing
Custom Angle does not provide a numerical angle or approved branch-axis arrangement. Request the required angle and drawing revision together with run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall and center-to-end dimensions. Do not derive a measured angle or default configuration from the family image.
Resolve the selected Reducer label and confirm the Equal field against the actual drawing. Define welding ends, mating-pipe details, tolerances and explicit units. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not supply complete geometry. Agree dimensional and end inspection criteria for the component represented by the approved revision.
Confirm production and painted surface requirements
Clarify the Welded reference against the actual connection and manufacturing route. Obtain production evidence supporting Forged, along with supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation. Carbon Steel and a234wpb options are labels rather than certificates identifying the accepted material package for the order.
Specify the Painting system, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for the selected fitting. Red appearance does not identify coating chemistry or demonstrate protective performance. Agree handling and preservation requirements, keeping the actual custom geometry, mating-joint areas and process exposure in the acceptance package.
Identify one actual process duty for selection
State the chemical, oil or water medium, composition, concentration, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class provide no numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package against that duty, then agree inspections, records, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
