This stainless equal-tee enquiry references A403 WP304, SS304, SS316 and SS316L together with SCH40 and SCH80. Actual options include both TEE and Elbow. Begin with the selected fitting type and one exact material requirement; the listed grade and wall references do not establish a jointly qualified configuration.
Choose one material specification from the title references
Obtain the complete standard, edition, exact grade and traceability for the selected stainless option. Do not assume that WP304 qualifies the SS316 or SS316L requests, or that the title grades are interchangeable or dual qualified. Alloy and Carbon Steel alternatives need their own material specifications. The broad material menu does not assign every title reference to each actual choice.
Verify the equal-tee dimensions for the actual branch selection
For TEE, request a drawing identifying both run ends and the branch, their nominal sizes, outside diameters, walls and centre-to-end dimensions. Confirm the Equal reference against those measurements. The silver and dark tee photos cannot certify actual material, equal geometry or schedule. An Elbow option requires a separate two-end drawing with angle and radius; the title's tee wording does not remove those actual choices. Explain how the single millimetre label maps to every connected pipe.
Resolve the schedule and butt-weld acceptance package
Specify SCH40 or SCH80 with its nominal-size basis, actual wall and tolerances for each selected end. Neither schedule is separately assigned by an option or supplies an allowable pressure. Obtain the applicable dimensional standard, butt-weld preparation, wall alignment and joint inspection requirements. Verify Forged separately from the Welding connection and clarify Painting around the joining zones. Hexagon, mounting-hole and Customized Size fields leave key geometry unresolved. Establish Class 150's standard and material-temperature basis, then assess the resolved branch or bend and completed joints against actual fluid, corrosion, pressure, temperature and mechanical loads.
