This fitting listing targets chemical industry piping with ASTM A403, stainless grades and a 45-degree lateral tee reference. The selectable variants instead use Reducer with Carbon Steel or a234wpb. Confirm the actual fitting family, material and branch drawing before adopting the title as a supplied specification.

Resolve the selected fitting and stainless grade

The original photograph shows a three-opening fitting with an angled branch, supporting a tee enquiry but not a measured angle. Map the Reducer-labelled options to an approved drawing and the actual supplied fitting. Resolve the stainless title against both carbon material choices through traceable specification, grade, condition and inspection records.

Identify the ASTM A403 edition, product coverage and conformity requirements after the material is confirmed. WP304 and WP316L wording does not select one supplied grade or establish interchangeable chemical compatibility. Verify the actual manufacturing route and finish against FORGED and Painting entries rather than inferring them from metallic appearance.

Specify lateral geometry and welded-end requirements

The half-inch to 110-inch option is a range, not the selected run and branch sizes. State actual diameters, wall, branch angle and centre-to-end dimensions. Reconcile the lateral title with Equal table wording on the drawing; the photograph cannot verify a 45-degree angle or equal end diameters.

Confirm the Welding connection, end preparation, bevels and mating-pipe geometry. Customized length and height require ordered values. Hexagon head and mounting-hole or thread fields do not establish a flange, threaded connection or actual hole layout. Define any relevant features explicitly instead of transferring generic table labels to the selected part.

Set chemical duty and traceable branch-fitting acceptance

Provide medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, loads and joint requirements. High Pressure and Other class entries do not supply a numerical rating for this fitting. Agree material, dimensional, end, surface and required project tests with criteria and records. Approve the documented fitting against the actual chemical system before accepting corrosion or operating suitability.
