This steel pipe listing targets power-plant superheaters with ASTM A335, P91 alloy and seamless references. The table instead records Non-Alloy, stainless steel and ERW. Confirm actual supplied material, condition and construction before selecting pipe or accepting a thermal capability for the intended installation.
Verify P91 material condition and production evidence
Request the actual specification, grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation to resolve the conflicting classifications. Do not adopt P91, stainless or non-alloy wording as supplied certification without records. Establish seamless or ERW production through the manufacturing and inspection package for the selected order.
Identify the ASTM A335 edition, product coverage and project conformity requirements. Cold Rolled does not determine initial construction or certify thermal properties. API and ISO 9001 labels do not establish power-plant acceptance, numerical strength, service life or an allowable temperature for the pipe represented by the listing.
Define superheater dimensions and actual surface condition
The selectable wall range is 6–20 mm, paired with listed lengths of 6 m and 12 m. Specify actual outside diameter, bore, wall, length, straightness, roundness and end requirements. The 219–1066 mm diameter range and ±1% entry need selected values, dimensional scope and accepted measurement criteria.
Agree material condition, finish, Non-oiled supply and preservation through actual records. The original image supports round pipe forms with end covers but cannot verify alloy, manufacturing route, wall or heat resistance. Define end preparation and mating-joint acceptance on the project drawing rather than assuming a ready-to-install superheater component.
Set the power-plant thermal acceptance package
State actual medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. Evaluate the confirmed material condition, route, geometry and joints against the superheater duty. Agree material and end inspections, surface checks, production records and required project tests with explicit criteria, then confirm documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
