This steel pipe listing targets boilers and power plants with ASTM A335 and grades P11, P22 and P91 references. The table includes Non-Alloy, stainless steel and ERW. Confirm one actual supplied material and manufacturing route before using any title grade to assess a thermal installation.
Select the ordered grade and supplied condition
The available variants define thickness and length, not separate P11, P22 or P91 selections. Request the actual specification, grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records for the order. Resolve the competing classifications through documentation rather than treating the listed grades as interchangeable materials with identical properties.
Confirm seamless or ERW production with manufacturing evidence. Identify the ASTM A335 edition, product coverage and required conformity package for the boiler or power project. The original image shows bundled round pipes with covered ends; it does not establish grade, route or thermal capability. General API and ISO 9001 labels do not certify the selected installation.
Define geometry and joints for the thermal drawing
The wall range is 6–20 mm and the length selections are 12 m or 6 m. Specify actual outside diameter, bore, wall and length matched to the component position. Relate the broad 219–1066 mm diameter entry to the approved drawing, including ends and mating-joint requirements.
Set straightness, roundness and dimensional inspection criteria. Clarify the scope and measurement basis of ±1%. Confirm actual Cold Rolled finish, Non-oiled condition and preservation. Neither surface appearance nor a general pipe range establishes the fit, material condition or geometry required for the proposed boiler connection.
Agree actual boiler duty and project test evidence
Provide medium composition, pressure, temperature, operating cycles, gradients and loads. Assess the documented grade, condition, route, wall and joints against those inputs. Agree material, dimensional, surface, end and required project tests with traceable reports. High-pressure wording supplies no numerical rating, allowable temperature or service-life guarantee without the actual design and acceptance basis.
