This painted carbon steel equal tee listing targets oil and gas pipelines with A234 WPB, ASME B16.9 and seamless references. The selectable type is labeled Reducer. The title and original image support a tee enquiry, but the actual supplied component, material and production package need confirmation before approval.
Verify the seamless and forged production references
Request manufacturing and inspection records supporting the actual construction of the ordered fitting. Forged and Seamless in the title do not document a production route by themselves. The image cannot certify construction, and visible surface lines should not be used to decide how the supplied component was manufactured.
Clarify the Welding connection separately from component production. Identify the applicable ASME B16.9 edition, fitting coverage and acceptance requirements for the project. Obtain actual conformity and dimensional records for the selected tee rather than assuming every component represented by the listing satisfies the title reference.
Confirm A234 WPB supply and equal-tee dimensions
Request supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation. A234 WPB wording in a title or option is not a certificate. Provide run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall, center-to-end and welding end details with tolerances on the approved drawing, confirming Equal geometry and option mapping.
Agree explicit units and inspection criteria; Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric fields do not supply measured values. Define Painting treatment, coverage, surface acceptance and inspection records for the actual supply. Dark appearance does not identify coating chemistry or establish corrosion performance for the intended process conditions.
Set the selected oil and gas operating envelope
State medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package against the actual pipeline duty, then agree production and end inspections, documentation, marking, preservation and delivery before release.
