This oil and gas branch-connection listing describes a forged carbon steel equal tee with welding ends. The product image supports a tee form, yet the type option reads Reducer. Confirm the final fitting configuration and its role in the pipeline before approving the order.

Define the run, branch and welding ends

Provide the run and branch nominal sizes, actual outside diameters, wall thicknesses and center-to-end dimensions. Check the intended equal configuration against the drawing. A photograph cannot verify equal measured bores or a particular schedule, and the Reducer field must be reconciled with the tee description.

Select the exact combination within the broad 1/2–110 inch option range and confirm availability. Specify bevels, bore alignment and tolerances required by the mating pipe and welding specification. The custom length, height, hole and thread labels do not establish those details or a separate threaded connection.

Review the branch design and material records

Confirm the applicable ASME B16.9 edition and dimensional acceptance for the proposed fitting. The material choices are Carbon Steel and a234wpb; obtain the actual grade, governing material specification, condition and traceability for the selected supply. FORGED wording does not replace manufacturing or inspection evidence.

Describe oil or gas composition, water and contaminants, pressure, temperature and cycles. Include relevant branch loads, supports and project joint requirements. High Pressure wording gives no allowable numerical capacity, and the application reference does not establish sour-service or hydrogen qualification.

Agree the Plain supply condition and acceptance

The table records Plain surface treatment rather than a specified coating system. Clarify the actual finish and preservation needed for transport, storage and installation. Agree required material and dimensional inspections, marking, quantity, OEM scope, warranty terms and delivery timing with the final branch fitting specification.
