This ASME B16.9 A403 WP316 stainless eccentric reducer enquiry needs a selected transition drawing and material documents. Confirm the actual reduction, offset and supplied pipe interface before ordering. Carbon steel alternatives also appear among the actual selections.
Large and small ends with a verified offset
Establish actual unequal end dimensions on the approved drawing. Specify large and small nominal pipe designations, outside diameters, both-end walls, end-to-end length and eccentric offset. Confirm installation orientation from the piping design rather than assigning alignment from a tapered photograph.
Five millimetre labels do not supply a complete large-by-small pair. Overall Length 4 in, a height without a unit and the mounting-hole entry need dimensional mapping. Different gallery examples and markings cannot qualify actual grade, wall or offset across every selection.
WP316 documentation and supplied pipe interface
Request the correct material document, issuer and edition for the A403 WP316 requirement, with an exact grade and heat-traceable certificate. The original issuer wording needs verification on accepted records. WP316 must not qualify a carbon steel alternative. Verify the selected B16.9 edition and dimensional inspection requirements.
Female and NPT need a complete selected interface designation, engagement and mating details. Do not assign butt-weld ends merely from the standard name or open gallery bores. If welded ends are required, obtain selected bevel, preparation and wall-matching details. Forged also needs actual manufacturing records; no schedule or seamless route is qualified.
Unrated service and coating compatibility
Not Rated provides no pressure rating, and Low Pressure supplies no numerical operating limit. Assess actual material, wall, medium, temperature and design requirements for irrigation, automotive repair or heating duty. Painting requires coating criteria, while chemical/corrosion resistance needs material, finish and exposure evidence. Flexible does not prove movement capacity. Provide chosen material document and grade, paired nominal sizes, offset/end drawing, actual route and operating conditions with the acceptance requirements.
