This non-alloy carbon steel pipe is presented for oil and gas transportation with API 5L PSL2 wording. X42, X52, X60, X65 and X70 appear in the title, but the selectable variants do not allocate these grades. Define the required supply before treating the listing as a confirmed project match.
Specify one grade and a complete pipe size
The recorded diameter range extends from 219 to 1066 mm, with thickness listed as 6–20 mm. Available selection entries pair that thickness range with 12 m or 6 m length. Confirm the exact diameter, wall, length and grade together instead of assuming every combination is supplied.
Include the required delivery condition and end preparation in the enquiry. Ask for a drawing and dimensional acceptance plan covering the chosen pipe. The ±1% entry does not identify the measurement it controls, so its basis and any separate diameter, wall or length tolerances need agreement.
Establish the evidence for the PSL2 requirement
Request the applicable API 5L edition and the inspection, testing and traceability package for the specified grade and supply level. PSL2 in a product title does not itself demonstrate compliance. Any ASTM reference should identify the document and selected scope rather than relying on the generic table entry.
The seamless title and Saw technique field also require a manufacturing explanation supported by records. Avoid assigning a welding or cutting meaning to Saw without clarification. Verify hot-rolled, round and non-oiled condition, and obtain actual API or ISO 9001 certificate details where those labels are relevant.
Review transportation conditions beyond the listed grade
Provide the transported fluid composition, operating envelope, cycling and mechanical loading for material and joint acceptance. Agree rating evidence and project tests for the selected supply. A PSL2 reference does not establish sour-service suitability or qualify this pipe for every drilling, hydraulic or other application mentioned in the table.
