This WPB A234 carbon steel tee is listed for water supply construction with B16.9 and DN15–DN1200 references. The main image shows a tee form, but both actual variants use Reducer labels and an inch-based size range. Confirm the selected identity and dimensional basis before using the entry for a water project.
Reconcile the DN and inch entries for one configuration
The title range and the half-inch to 110-inch variant entry do not establish a verified dimensional mapping or full supply availability. Specify the actual run, branch and end sizes in agreed units. Obtain a drawing with center distances, wall or schedule and required welding end preparation.
Resolve the Reducer-labelled selection and Equal shape field against that drawing. The photograph supports a tee-shaped form without measuring the end relationship or confirming size. Customized length, height, mounting-hole and thread entries need actual geometry; they are not defined interfaces or dimensions by themselves.
Confirm the water role and supplied finish
State the water composition, temperature and whether the intended service has drinking-water contact requirements. Water Supply in the title does not demonstrate potable-water approval or corrosion protection. Assess the selected material and any required treatment against the actual project and medium.
The table says Painting without coating chemistry, coverage, thickness or acceptance criteria. Define the intended finish and any relevant water-contact documentation. Ask for governing B16.9 and A234 WPB editions, full material condition, traceability and forged manufacturing records for the chosen supply.
Establish operating and construction acceptance requirements
Provide pressure, cycling and mechanical loads for selected joint and rating assessment with the water conditions. High Pressure supplies no numerical operating limit. Agree dimensional inspections, tests and project acceptance after the tee configuration is confirmed; Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels alone do not verify the material or available size combination.
