This steel pipe listing targets underground pipelines with 3PE coating and seamless references. The table lists Cold Rolled surface treatment, ERW and competing Non-Alloy and stainless steel classifications. Establish the actual substrate, manufacturing route and coating package before evaluating the pipe for a buried installation.
Verify substrate and coating as separate requirements
Request the supplied material specification, grade, condition, traceability and manufacturing evidence. Resolve the material classifications and confirm seamless or ERW production. Cold Rolled wording does not verify the 3PE system referenced in the title; identify the actual surface preparation and coating requirements for the offered order.
Define coating composition, thickness, coverage, end areas, joint protection and inspection criteria. The original photograph shows bundled round pipes on a truck, with coloured end covers. Dark surfaces and transport appearance cannot establish a particular coating, corrosion performance or compliance with the underground pipeline specification.
Match pipe dimensions to the buried-line drawing
The variants offer 12 m or 6 m lengths and express wall selection as a 6–20 mm range. Specify the actual outside diameter, bore, wall and length for the pipeline. Relate the 219–1066 mm diameter range to the selected line section, end preparation and mating-joint dimensions.
Set roundness, straightness and end criteria, and clarify the dimensional scope of ±1%. Confirm Non-oiled condition, handling protection and compatibility between supplied surfaces and the specified coating/joint arrangement. Agree how the material and coating inspection records will identify the actual pipe supplied to each order.
Review underground duty and documented acceptance
State the medium, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, external loads and ground or exposure conditions. Identify applicable specifications and editions. Agree material, dimensional, surface/coating, end and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports. General ASTM, API and ISO 9001 labels do not establish buried-service approval, a numerical rating or a corrosion-life guarantee.
