This stainless steel elbow enquiry references 304 and 316L alongside 90 Degree and 45 Elbow wording. Actual variants vary broad material and millimetre size without angle or exact-grade fields. Build one selected material-and-bend specification, and ask how it maps to the offered variant before accepting a directional pipe connection.
Link the variant to one bend drawing
Confirm the requested ninety-degree configuration or clarify whether 45 means a forty-five-degree alternative. Obtain the angle offered for the selected variant with its tolerance, centreline radius, centre-to-end dimensions and orientation. The gallery's differently curved examples do not qualify that assignment. Explain each millimetre size convention and verify both outside diameters, actual walls and the Equal relationship. Generic Hexagon and mounting-hole entries are not measured bend dimensions.
Trace the chosen 304 or 316L material separately
Choose Stainless Steel for this enquiry and specify either 304 or 316L through a complete material document and traceable records. Do not assume dual qualification, universal grade coverage or identical suitability. Alloy and Carbon Steel alternatives need separate material specifications and joining assessment. State the required wall designation and applicable dimensional standard/edition; the source does not identify them. Appearance does not establish grade, wall or manufacture.
Check the documented end detail and complete pipe connection
Clarify Welding through the selected end preparation, alignment and joining procedure with both adjoining pipes. Verify Forged using production records and agree inspection access, coating and weld-zone condition beyond Painting. Establish the standard and unit basis of Pipe Class 150 for the selected material and temperature. Provide actual fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and bend loads for full assembly assessment. Customized Size does not prove supplied dimensions; accept against one traceable grade-angle pairing and documented joint evidence.
