This oil and gas transport enquiry presents stainless steel pipe with seamless and high-pressure resistant wording. The table instead records ERW manufacture. Confirm the actual route, selected material and operating requirements before using the listing as a pipeline supply specification.
Define the transported fluid and operating envelope
Provide oil or gas composition, water content and other contaminants, pressure and temperature. Include cycles, external loads and environmental exposure relevant to the installation. Stainless steel wording does not establish compatibility with every transported fluid or qualification for sour conditions or hydrogen.
Agree the selected material and joint assessment, inspection requirements and project acceptance criteria. High-pressure resistant wording gives no numerical allowable limit. Connection preparation, testing and any required bore condition should follow the actual service specification.
Resolve the route and identify the actual grade
Ask the supplier to reconcile seamless in the title with ERW in the table using production records. Obtain the selected stainless grade, chemistry, material condition and traceability. Clarify the Non-Alloy field against those documents rather than assuming a particular alloy or correcting the classification without evidence.
ASTM is listed without a numbered specification. Request the applicable standard and edition, mechanical properties, heat-treatment information where relevant and manufacturing inspections. Cold-rolled processing does not identify polishing, passivation or a protective coating for the chosen environment.
Confirm dimensions and supply acceptance
The available 6 m and 12 m lengths share a 6–20 mm thickness entry, with outside diameter listed as 219–1066 mm. Select the exact combination and define the ±1% tolerance basis, straightness, ovality and end details. Confirm availability, actual certificate scope, non-oiled preservation, storage, actual-weight invoicing and delivery timing against the listed 8–14-day wording.
