This handrail fitting enquiry presents stainless steel 304, a 90-degree elbow and sanitary external mirror finishing. Confirm the actual supplied construction before ordering. The sole actual variant is Elbow / 19MM / Stainless Steel; its selected drawing must identify the delivered component and complete end arrangement.
Set the handrail geometry before finish approval
Establish whether 19MM means tube outside diameter, nominal size or another dimension. Specify the required angle, radius, wall, bore, end diameters, centre-to-end dimensions and tolerances. If a branch component is required, provide its run and branch geometry and obtain explicit construction acceptance.
The inch ranges in length, height and mounting-hole fields do not define the selected fitting. Dark curved photographs and printed markings cannot certify the chosen grade, schedule, dimension or manufacturing route. Develop the actual support arrangement and loading requirements rather than treating Flexible as verified movement capacity.
Map the surfaces and accept one end arrangement
Identify precisely where external mirror polishing and painting are required. Specify preparation, coating composition, measured finish and cleanliness acceptance for the selected surfaces. These finishes can concern different locations; neither establishes hygienic approval. Sanitary use requires its own documented application acceptance.
Request the exact stainless material specification, selected grade certificate and matching traceable identification. Casting needs actual production and inspection evidence. Define supplied ends explicitly: welded supply requires preparation and pipe-wall/joining inspection acceptance, while a threaded selection needs one exact NPT or BSPT size, gender, engagement, gauging and sealing requirement.
Accept the applicable structural or fluid conditions
For a handrail, assess actual loads, supports and surface requirements. For fluid piping, establish medium composition, temperature, pressure cycles and a certified material-joint operating basis. Low Pressure and class wording give no universal limit, and fire, water or gas names are not approvals. Enquire with confirmed subtype, 19MM basis, end drawing, grade certificate, surface map and the complete project conditions.
