This painted steel tee listing targets power-generation boiler piping and includes Class 3000 and socket-weld references. The original image shows tee forms, while the selectable type reads Reducer. Confirm the ordered component and its approved drawing before accepting a connection arrangement or pressure-class description.
Establish the socket interface and tee dimensions
Request the actual end drawing with socket geometry, mating-pipe dimensions and tolerances. A Welding table entry does not establish socket bore or fit. Agree run and branch sizes, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions for the selected fitting rather than deriving them from the broad size range.
Confirm the Equal arrangement and resolve how the tee maps to the selected Reducer option. Hexagon, Metric and Customized Size fields provide no measured geometry. Define the applicable joint and inspection requirements for the actual assembly; the listing does not supply a universal socket gap or welding procedure.
Verify class basis and supplied material records
Identify the specification and scope behind Class 3000 for the selected component, material and temperature conditions. Do not convert the class label directly into allowable working pressure. High Pressure and Other class in the table leave the numerical service envelope unspecified and need project-specific confirmation.
Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and production evidence supporting Forged. Carbon Steel and a234wpb options are not material certificates. Define Painting coverage, surface acceptance and inspection criteria, including the relationship between the supplied treatment, operating temperatures and preservation requirements during handling and delivery.
Define boiler duty and acceptance documentation
State the actual boiler fluid or steam duty, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. Assess the confirmed material, geometry, joint and coating under the installation requirements. Agree any required boiler approval, material and socket/end inspections, dimensional checks, records, marking and protection for the approved component before release.
