This carbon steel equal tee listing targets small-diameter pneumatic applications. The original image supports tee forms, while the selectable type reads Reducer. Confirm the actual component and selected size before assigning a configuration; the broad option range does not identify one small-diameter fitting for the order.
Select actual dimensions for the pneumatic assembly
Provide run and branch nominal sizes, bore, outside diameters, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions. Confirm the Equal arrangement on the approved drawing and resolve the selected Reducer label. A Small Diameter title reference does not supply a measured size, flow passage or dimensional tolerance.
Define welding end preparation, mating-pipe details and joint acceptance for the actual installation. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not replace measured values or explicit units. The listing does not establish a thread form, and the image cannot verify the dimensions or end arrangement of the selected component.
Confirm material and supplied surface records
Request actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation. Carbon Steel and a234wpb options are not certificates for the supplied fitting. Obtain manufacturing and acceptance evidence supporting Forged, with dimensional and end inspection records linked to the approved component rather than a generic family image.
Specify Painting coverage, surface acceptance and inspection criteria for the actual supply. Dark appearance does not identify coating chemistry or protective performance. Agree preservation and handling requirements together with any project-specific surface conditions, using the confirmed gas and environment to assess the supplied package.
Define gas duty and joint acceptance
State the actual pneumatic gas, composition, moisture, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class provide no numerical allowable limits. Evaluate material, geometry and joints for the selected system, then agree required leak acceptance, inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
