This carbon steel welded equal tee listing targets HVAC and sprinkler piping with a fire-protection reference. The selectable type is labeled Reducer, although the title and original image support a tee family. Confirm the actual component and system duty before assigning dimensions or accepting an approval status.
Identify the ordered tee and connection package
Provide run and branch sizes, bore, outside diameters, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions on the approved drawing. Confirm Equal geometry and the selected option mapping. Define actual welding ends, mating-pipe details and tolerances for the assembly instead of treating the broad size range as a finished configuration.
Agree explicit units and dimensional inspection criteria; Metric, Hexagon and Customized Size entries do not supply measured values. Clarify the Welded wording against connection and production scope. Obtain actual manufacturing evidence supporting the Forged table entry, together with supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records.
Separate HVAC duty from sprinkler approval requirements
Identify which system the selected order will serve and its actual acceptance requirements. HVAC use and fire sprinkler use do not establish the same approval package automatically. Confirm any required listing, fire-service approval, testing and project documentation for the specific component rather than relying on application words in the title.
Specify the Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection requirements. The dark image does not establish coating chemistry or protective performance. Agree preservation and handling requirements with the material, dimensional and end records needed for acceptance of the ordered fitting before it is installed.
Set the actual system operating conditions
State medium composition, treatment chemicals, temperature, pressure, cycles, transients, external loads and joint requirements. High Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and surface package against the selected system duty, then agree inspection documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
