This carbon steel elbow listing addresses industrial water supply with DIN2605, ST37.0, a 45-degree angle and short-radius references. The option identifies an Elbow, while the table lists Welding and NPT. Confirm the actual end arrangement and ordered geometry before matching the fitting to a water-system drawing.
Resolve the end method and material for the order
Specify whether the selected elbow has welded or threaded ends, then obtain the corresponding end drawing and mating-pipe requirements. Welding and NPT entries do not establish one verified connection. Clarify whether welded title wording concerns manufacture or installation, and confirm production evidence against the FORGED table entry.
Request the actual specification, grade ST37.0, condition, traceability and material inspection package. The original photograph shows several curved two-opening fittings; it supports elbow form but cannot verify chemistry, manufacturing route or a measured radius. Identify the DIN2605 edition, product coverage and conformity documents required by the order.
Define the 45-degree short-radius installation geometry
The selectable size is a half-inch to 12-inch range, not one actual fitting. State nominal size, outside diameter, bore, wall, angle, radius and centre-to-end dimensions on the approved drawing. Confirm actual overall length and height rather than adopting the repeated range entries as measured geometry.
Hexagon head and mounting-hole fields do not establish a flange or hole layout. Set the relevant connection features and inspection tolerances explicitly. Confirm actual surface condition and protection; smooth and corrosion-resistant wording provides no measured roughness or guarantee of compatibility with the proposed water composition and exposure.
Agree water duty and measurable elbow acceptance
Provide water composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, loads and joint conditions. Low Pressure and Not Rated entries supply no numerical allowable limit for the order. Agree material, dimensional, angle, radius, end, surface and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports before approving the elbow for the actual industrial-water installation.
