Specify the branch connection needed for this carbon-steel ASME B16.9 tee enquiry. Straight/Reducing and the half-inch title reference require confirmation against the actual supplied fitting. The branched reference image helps discuss configuration; photographic proportions cannot establish size, grade, production or performance.
Define the required run and branch combination
For the requested straight or reducing arrangement, list each run and branch end diameter, branch angle, center-to-end lengths, wall/end thickness, preparation and tolerances. Resolve Equal and Hexagon table wording through an approved drawing of the component being quoted.
Two recorded choices share one 1/2-to-110-inch label with Carbon Steel or a234wpb material wording. Obtain confirmation of individual half-inch supply rather than assuming every size in that label is available. Clarify nominal versus measured dimensions and Metric notation. Customized length, height, holes, features and thread entries need individual definitions where applicable.
Document the body route and joining requirements
Identify the B16.9 document, edition and relevant component requirements. Specify full material designation, grade, condition and traceability; generic Carbon Steel and a234wpb choices do not themselves certify conformity.
Describe the body manufacturing route separately from Welding installation attachment. FORGED and welded references need accepted production and inspection evidence before interpreting body construction. Agree Plain surface condition, end preparation and supplied tolerances without inferring corrosion resistance.
Supply an oil or water operating basis
High Pressure is not a numerical rating; Carbon Steel under Pipe Class provides material wording. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, external loads and connected pipe/joint conditions. Listed shipbuilding, oil-field, offshore and natural-gas contexts also need application acceptance. Establish material/manufacturing/dimensional and joint inspection, installation, marking, confirmed size availability, OEM scope and applicable one-year warranty terms.
