Confirm the selected tee and branch drawing
Provide run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and actual end preparation. Equal wording does not supply those measurements. The image supports shape only and should not be used to assign precise dimensions, a material grade or the supplied coating.

Request WPB, production and painting evidence
Obtain material designation, condition and traceability records supporting A234 WPB, with the applicable specification editions. Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels do not replace actual certificates. Agree production inspections supporting the Forged and Seamless references and confirm the selected ASME B16.9 component scope.
Define paint chemistry, covered areas, relevant thickness and inspection criteria. Painting and a dark visual surface do not establish those requirements or coating performance. Connect the actual surface acceptance and preservation package with the approved drawing and required documentation.
Establish the pipeline operating envelope
Describe the medium, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class provide no numerical allowable rating. Assess the actual tee and joint under the pipeline requirements, then confirm material, dimensional, end and paint records, marking, preservation and delivery. Agree OEM requests and warranty terms separately.
