This hex-bolt enquiry retains the DIN 933 M8 and zinc-plated finish requirements from the title. Confirm one offered specification before placing an order, because the sole variant and original table contain different thread, length and finish labels. The photographs show threaded fastener and nut assemblies, but they cannot establish the selected dimensions, head construction or material class.
Resolve thread, length and head form
Request an approved drawing that states the thread system, diameter, pitch, length measurement and threaded portion. The M8 title, M1.6 option and UNC table field need a single confirmed assignment. Likewise, the 6 mm variant length and table length range do not define one accepted item. Confirm the head and bearing geometry, including whether a flange is required, rather than combining the Hex Flange Bolts option with the DIN title without a dimensional check.
Specify material class and finish independently
Identify the exact material and strength or property class for the offered fastener. General Steel, Stainless Steel and multiple class labels do not establish one traceable grade. Reconcile the DIN and ASTM A325/A490 structural-bolt references by naming the governing standard and required acceptance records. Resolve zinc-plated versus Plain finish with the actual coating or uncoated specification and inspection requirements. Photographed colours do not prove a coating, corrosion performance or material grade.
Define the complete joint and supplied components
State joint thickness, hole clearance, loading and environmental conditions, then agree mating nut and washer requirements and the tightening procedure. Confirm the actual supplied components; a nuts-per-bolt field alone should not become an inclusion promise. Any requested custom length or finish needs feasibility and drawing confirmation. Acceptance should link one resolved bolt drawing to the selected material class, finish inspection and compatible joint components, with the relevant records available for review.
