This painted carbon steel pipe cap enquiry follows the B16.9, Class 150 and Low Pressure title references. Although the title says pipe fitting, the actual type option identifies a cap. Resolve the selected size and component scope before relying on the broad DN range for supply or conformity.
Match the cap option to one confirmed nominal size
The only variant is Cap / 10 mm / Carbon Steel, while the title presents DN15–3000. Request a consistent selected size and clarify what the metric option represents. Neither the whole DN range nor its availability is established by this single variant.
The table lists Flange connectivity, four-inch overall length, quarter-inch mounting-hole diameter, round shape, hexagon head and inch measurement system. Ask for a drawing assigning relevant entries, actual outside dimensions, wall, face, drilling, mating/sealing requirements and tolerances. These isolated details do not define an interchangeable cap.
Establish the selected B16.9 and material scope
Obtain the governing B16.9 document, edition and applicable component and size scope. Do not assume that the entire title range is covered by the reference. Specify the exact carbon steel grade, condition and material document, then request certificates and traceability for the offered cap.
Manufacturing records should address the machining table entry and actual route. No seamless, forged or butt-weld designation is supplied here. Painting requires a defined system, preparation, thickness and acceptance criteria; other corrosion, chemical, UV, flexible and underground labels need relevant evidence.
Complete duty and inspection requirements for the project
Provide medium, operating pressure, temperature, cycling, external exposure and mechanical loads. Require selected material, coating, joint and rating evidence. Class 150 and Low Pressure do not provide numerical operating limits in this record; agree dimensional examination, testing and documentary acceptance for the actual use instead of applying the broad industry list universally.
