This carbon steel elbow enquiry presents casting, welding, black surface and corrosion-resistant wording for a requested high-pressure application. Six actual choices pair diameter and thickness: 22mm/3mm, 25mm/3mm, 32mm/3mm, 42mm/4mm, 48mm/5mm and 60mm/5mm. Accept the exact bend geometry and documented duty for the chosen pair.
Turn the paired metric choice into a complete elbow drawing
Confirm whether the quoted diameter means outside diameter, bore or another basis. Establish tolerances, bend angle, radius, center-to-end dimensions and required wall through the bend. The paired metric wording does not independently identify a nominal DN, NPS or pipe schedule.
Generic length and height ranges and the mounting-hole label cannot replace a selected drawing. Open-ended bent examples in the photographs support visual enquiry but do not certify an angle, radius, selected diameter/thickness combination, carbon steel grade or manufacturing route. Define actual welded ends and the black surface
The table identifies welding and no thread type. Confirm actual weld preparation, mating pipe-wall compatibility and joining inspection for both ends. Request the exact carbon steel material specification, grade, heat-traceable certificate and accepted manufacturing and inspection records for cast supply.
Black describes appearance without identifying coating chemistry, film thickness or a corrosion allowance. Set the required surface acceptance and protection system for the actual exposure. Corrosion-resistant wording alone does not establish compatibility with the proposed medium, cleaning process or external environment.
Document pressure acceptance for the installed bend
A high-pressure enquiry still needs a certified pressure-temperature basis; the retained Not Rated label supplies no operating limit. Assess actual medium composition, temperature, pressure cycles and the complete welded joint under an accepted governing specification. Send the exact diameter/thickness choice, angle and radius, end drawing, grade and manufacturing documents, surface requirements, full duty and inspection criteria before installation acceptance.
