This custom carbon steel tee listing targets chemical processing with forged, equal and welded-connection references. The selectable type reads Reducer. The original image supports a tee family, but the actual run-to-branch arrangement, supplied material and custom drawing revision need confirmation before accepting a configuration for the process line.
Resolve equal wording on the custom branch drawing
The photographed branches appear smaller than the run, but the image does not establish a measured reduction ratio or settle the Equal description. Request actual run and branch nominal sizes, diameters, bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions. Use the approved drawing to identify the component represented by the selected option.
Specify welding end preparation, mating-pipe requirements and tolerances with a defined custom revision. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric fields do not provide measured values. Agree explicit units and branch/end inspection criteria rather than using a family photograph or broad range as the dimensional basis for the order.
Confirm chemical material and surface acceptance
Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation. Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels are not certificates. Request actual production evidence supporting Forged, and clarify connection requirements independently of the manufacturing route so the selected tee can be assessed against the project acceptance package.
Define Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for the actual chemical exposure. Metallic appearance does not identify coating chemistry or establish corrosion performance. Agree treatment records, preservation and handling alongside material and dimensional inspections, without assuming one package is compatible with every process chemical.
State the actual chemical process conditions
Provide chemical composition, concentration, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class do not quantify permitted conditions for this custom chemical tee. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package, then agree inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery against the stated duty before approval.
