This carbon steel welded tee listing is intended for boiler pipelines. The original image supports a tee family, while the selectable type is labeled Reducer. Confirm the exact ordered component, manufacturing scope and approved drawing before accepting a configuration for the boiler installation or assigning a pressure capability.
Clarify welded connection and component construction
The word Welded can require clarification about the actual connection and how the component was manufactured. The table records Welding and Forged without documenting the complete route. Request production and inspection records for the selected fitting rather than assuming a seam construction or treating a title word as evidence.
Define actual welding ends, mating-pipe details and joint acceptance on the approved drawing. Provide run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and tolerances. Confirm the Equal arrangement and resolve the Reducer option mapping; Hexagon and Customized Size fields do not provide dimensional values.
Verify the boiler material and surface package
Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation against the actual boiler-project requirements. Carbon Steel and a234wpb options are not material certificates. Agree dimensional units explicitly between the Metric table and inch range, using the selected drawing as the basis for acceptance.
Specify Painting treatment, coverage, surface acceptance and inspection criteria for the actual exposure and temperature conditions. The image cannot identify coating chemistry or demonstrate thermal performance. Confirm preservation and handling requirements separately, with production, material, end and coating records available for the ordered component.
Set numerical boiler service requirements
State the actual boiler fluid or steam duty, composition, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class do not define numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and joint under the installation requirements, then agree any required boiler approval, inspection documentation, marking, protection and delivery.
