Verify the non-asbestos material description
Request the full material declaration for the chosen configuration and evidence supporting any required non-asbestos statement. The listing does not identify a particular fibre, binder or compound. A carbon steel flange application also does not mean that every gasket option is made entirely from carbon steel.
Obtain the exact alloy or resin information and a component breakdown where multiple materials are named. Do not infer a reinforced or layered construction from the combined CPVC & Stainless Steel label. Material traceability and any required performance data should refer to the actual supplied design.
Match the flange and thermal service
Provide the flange designation, facing geometry and seating dimensions. Specify the gasket inside and outside diameters, thickness, profile and tolerances. Clarify the dimensional role of the 10 mm pipe-size option and whether the 0.2 in mounting-hole value applies to the selected part.
Describe the process media, concentration, pressure, temperature and cycling conditions. High-temperature resistant wording gives no numerical thermal limit, and the table states Not Rated. Agree manufacturing and inspection acceptance
