This customized tube listing references small-diameter capillary use and seamless construction. The table instead provides a 219–1066 mm outside-diameter range and ERW, alongside Non-Alloy and stainless steel classifications. Confirm the actual geometry and supply identity before considering the tube for a capillary requirement.
Resolve the capillary dimensions with a selected drawing
Specify the required bore, outside diameter, wall and cut length for the intended flow path. The variants list a 6–20 mm wall range with 12 m or 6 m lengths; these choices do not establish a selected capillary section. Reconcile the broad diameter entry with the actual requested tube.
Set straightness, roundness, end geometry and any internal surface or cleanliness requirements. Clarify which dimension is covered by ±1% and define a measurement method appropriate to the selected drawing. The original photograph shows bundled tubular forms and covered ends, not a measured capillary bore or verified precision tolerance.
Verify material identity and actual tube construction
Request the supplied specification, grade, condition, traceability and inspection documentation. Resolve the Non-Alloy and stainless classifications through records, and establish seamless or ERW production with manufacturing evidence. Printed markings or dark appearance in a photograph cannot replace the actual material and production package.
Confirm Cold Rolled finish, Non-oiled supply and preservation of the specified surfaces and ends. Identify the applicable ASTM specification, edition and product scope. General API and ISO 9001 labels do not certify the selected tube geometry or establish suitability for every generic application listed in the table.
Match the flow-path requirement to inspection criteria
Provide the actual medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, flow requirement and connection details. Review the verified bore, wall, material condition and joints against those inputs. Agree dimensional, material, surface, end and required project tests with measurable criteria and traceable reports. No numerical flow rate, pressure rating or capillary performance follows from the title alone.
