Specify the actual 3PE surface package
Obtain the coating specification, required layers and materials, covered surfaces, thickness and inspection criteria. Clarify how the 3PE title relates to the Painting entry. Request supplied grade, condition and traceability records; Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels do not provide a certificate. Agree production evidence supporting the Forged and Seamless references.
Provide run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and actual welding ends. Confirm how the tee maps to the selected option. Equal, Customized Size, Metric and Hexagon fields do not supply measurements, and the broad 1/2–110 inch range does not establish an ordered configuration.
Set oil and gas acceptance requirements
Describe the actual medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical allowable limits unspecified. Assess the selected material, joint and coating under the pipeline requirements, then confirm dimensional, end and coating inspections, documentation, marking, preservation and delivery for the approved component.
