This stainless-steel BS4504/DIN PN16 plate/RF flange enquiry needs a confirmed construction drawing. The title includes ASTM A182, 304, 316L, 904, 2205 and two-inch references. Accept a complete selected specification before treating these names as certified material, dimensions or conformity.
Identify which reference form is being quoted
One inspected image shows a drilled solid disk; the other shows a flange with visible internal threads. Neither establishes the supplied construction or a thread standard. Confirm whether the quotation covers an open, closed, threaded or another agreed component, including actual pipe attachment and sealing/contact surfaces.
For a threaded selection, specify the thread designation, mating and sealing requirements, and inspection criteria. Welding table wording alone cannot establish a thread arrangement. Identify the governing BS4504 or DIN document and edition rather than assuming the named systems share dimensions or ratings.
Connect the chosen material to a dimensional drawing
Fifteen actual choices combine Flange with each 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm label in Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Define nominal or measured roles without equating these labels to the two-inch title reference. Request grade, condition and traceability; retain 904 as wording needing a complete designation.
The drawing should define bore or closure geometry, outside diameter, thickness, relevant hub dimensions, RF/contact geometry, finish, bolt circle, hole quantity and tolerances. The separate 0.26-inch mounting-hole entry is insufficient. Customized Size and Equal/Hexagon wording need agreed interpretation.
Approve production records and the service package
Obtain applicable A182 conformity and forged-production evidence. Define painting coverage and functional-surface exclusions. Establish the governing material-temperature basis of PN16 and Class 150. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and loads; agree mating flange, gasket, bolting, installation, inspection, requested OEM/ODM/OBM work and stated one-year warranty terms.
