This pipe fitting enquiry presents high-pressure carbon steel equal or reducing tee supply. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and end geometry before ordering. The actual options use Reducer and offer Carbon Steel or a234wpb material labels, so a selected drawing and certificate are essential.
Choose the required fitting and complete geometry
For a tee request, specify run and branch nominal sizes, outside diameters, all walls, centre-to-end dimensions, orientation and equal versus reducing branch. For a reducer request, define large-by-small ends, walls, length and alignment. Obtain explicit acceptance of the actual supplied construction.
The 1/2-inch to 110-inch option range is not one fitting size or proof that every dimension is available. Customized Size entries for length, height, mounting hole and thread require actual dimensions and tolerances; they do not identify a named thread. Dark three-opening photographs cannot qualify selected reducer delivery or equal end sizes.
Verify the exact carbon material and joining
Request the actual product material specification, selected grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. The a234wpb label needs documentary confirmation rather than an assumed certificate or working rating. FORGED requires actual manufacturing and inspection records.
Welding needs selected preparation, matching pipe walls and joining/inspection acceptance. Plain does not define a coating, measured roughness or corrosion protection. Specify actual finish requirements and medium compatibility for the selected component rather than inferring them from photographic colour.
Qualify high-pressure use for the actual project
High Pressure supplies no numerical working limit, and Carbon Steel is not a pressure class. Obtain the governing standard and actual material-wall-temperature rating basis. Shipbuilding, offshore, oil-field, water and natural-gas names do not provide independent approvals. Assess the actual assembly and medium composition with pressure, temperature and project requirements. Enquire with confirmed fitting type, complete drawing, certificate, route/weld/finish acceptance and full duty.
