Assign ±1% to its intended dimensional properties and acceptance criteria. Request the full P235JH designation, governing ASTM or other accepted document, condition, traceability and certificates. Obtain records for the actual spiral/weld route and Saw technique entry rather than assuming a manufacturing standard from broad labels.
Specify insulation and the proposed bending service
No insulation material is named here, so request its type, thermal properties, thickness, processing and bonding requirements where applicable. Define HDPE jacket construction, cutbacks, field-joint insulation/sealing, water-ingress protection and inspection. Do not assume polyurethane or a particular temperature limit from adjacent products.
