This pipe fitting enquiry presents ASME/ANSI/EN joint-plate 304/316L stainless forged threaded flange supply. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and supplied connection, then agree one governing interface specification. Standard-family names alone cannot identify the construction or establish compatibility with a mating joint.
Choose one numbered standard and matching drawing
Specify the actual standard designation and edition for the requested component. ASME, ANSI and EN names do not establish dimensional interchangeability or certified compliance. Verify bore, flange thickness, bolt circle, hole pattern, facing and tolerances against the selected drawing and mating component.
The 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm choices do not establish that interface. Mounting-hole diameter 0.25 in is not bore. Customized Size requires an approved dimension schedule and inspection acceptance. Joint Plate wording alone does not define the selected flange construction.
Confirm the supplied end and traceable grade
For threaded supply, request exact thread standard/form, nominal size, engagement and inspection criteria. No named thread system is established here. For welded supply, specify preparation, matching pipe wall and joining/inspection acceptance. Open and threaded gallery examples do not identify every delivered connection.
304 and 316L are separate grade requests. Obtain the actual product material specification, selected grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel choices need distinct qualification. Forged requires actual manufacturing and inspection evidence.
Evaluate sealing and the complete operating joint
Smooth does not specify facing designation or measured sealing roughness. Pipe Class 150 alone provides no numerical working pressure or automatic equivalence to another standard system. Agree gasket, bolting and actual connection with the selected mating assembly, then assess material, medium, pressure and temperature under governing design conditions. Send confirmed fitting/end, one numbered standard/edition, exact drawing, certificate and full duty with the enquiry.
