This polished 90-degree elbow enquiry is aimed at a forged stainless steel 304 requirement for low-pressure piping. Choose the actual supplied material, dimensions and connection before ordering. Sixteen variants offer four metric sizes across Stainless Steel, Zinc, Iron and Carbon Steel; the stainless enquiry does not define every option.
Choose a complete elbow size and material
Select 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm or 50 mm and establish the designation's dimensional basis. Submit the required angle, radius, end diameters, walls, bore, centre-to-end dimensions and tolerances. Equal should be confirmed through matching selected end sizes on the accepted construction drawing.
The inch ranges in length, height and mounting-hole fields do not provide the actual metric geometry. Dark bends and a separate metallic example illustrate appearances without certifying grade, wall, polishing or forging. Obtain a certificate for the selected product material specification and exact grade, with traceable identification.
Accept the actual end arrangement and surface
Define the delivered connection explicitly. Welding requires selected preparation, compatible pipe walls and joining inspection. Threaded supply requires one exact NPT or BSPT form, nominal size, end gender, engagement, gauging and seal acceptance. Confirm the mating assembly rather than assuming either thread alternative is interchangeable.
Specify which surfaces need polishing and their measured finish and cleanliness acceptance. Forged needs actual production and inspection evidence. Neither the photographs nor polishing wording establish hygienic certification. Material compatibility must be assessed for the intended medium rather than inferred from surface shine.
Select one class with its operating basis
The 125 and 150 class labels need a selected governing standard, material and temperature basis; they are not universal psi limits. Low Pressure gives no numerical operating envelope. Water, fire-protection, drainage, gas and petroleum names do not prove approvals. Assess medium composition, pressure cycles, temperature and complete joint. Enquire with accepted dimensions/ends, exact grade certificate, one documented class basis and manufacturing/finish requirements.
