This polished forged 304 stainless 90-degree elbow enquiry needs a complete mating-end specification. Confirm which component is actually being quoted before selecting connected pipework. Low Pressure terminology does not provide an accepted numerical duty or application approval.
Choose the connection before the mating parts
The title's Welding reference and the Female/Male and NPT OR BSPT table entries require a selected delivered arrangement. State weld preparation or one thread system as applicable, with end dimensions, designation, sealing and inspection criteria. Do not assume combined ends or interchangeable threads.
A dimensioned drawing should establish angle, centerline radius, tangent lengths, inlet/outlet diameters, wall thickness and tolerances. Confirm Equal/Round geometry. Repeated 1/8-to-6-inch values under overall length, height and mounting-hole diameter require distinct meanings rather than one inferred availability range.
Order a traceable material and measurable finish
Sixteen actual alternatives combine each 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm and 50 mm label with Stainless Steel, Zinc, Iron or Carbon Steel. Define the size label's nominal or measured role. Specify material designation, grade, condition and records; 304 wording cannot certify the other alternatives, Zinc does not prove coating, and Iron requires an exact specification.
The pictures show dark curved fittings and a brighter curved form without measurable finish evidence. Define polishing scope and acceptance on internal/external surfaces, plus relevant end exclusions. Request manufacturing and inspection records for forged production; appearance cannot certify grade, radius or finish quality.
Define acceptance for the intended installation
Establish the governing material-temperature basis behind Low Pressure and repeated 150 class wording. Provide medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and installation conditions. Water/drainage, fire-protection and gas/petroleum uses need application-specific evidence. Agree mating/joint inspection, marking/traceability, OEM/ODM deliverables and stated three-year warranty terms.
