This B16.5 A105N raised-face carbon-steel threaded-flange enquiry needs an accepted material and interface specification. Select the required NPT or BSPT connection and supplied construction before ordering. Title references do not independently certify grade, thread compatibility or numerical operating capability.
Select one thread and material package
Define the thread system, governing designation, nominal size, relevant engagement, sealing and mating requirements, and inspection criteria. NPT/BSPT naming does not establish interchangeability or a combined interface. Confirm any welding requirement by the actual component rather than assuming an additional connection on every threaded flange.
Fifteen actual Flange variants pair each 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm label with Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Assign A105N requirements to the intended carbon-steel component and obtain designation, edition, grade, condition and traceability. Other alternatives need their own specifications; do not infer accepted heat treatment from naming alone.
Coordinate the raised face and mating drawing
Specify the supplied construction and each size label's nominal or measured role. Include bore/thread dimensions, outside diameter, thickness, relevant hub geometry, raised-face dimensions and finish, bolt circle, hole count and tolerances. The separate 0.26-inch mounting-hole value cannot establish the full drilling pattern or thread size.
Reference images contain open-bore rings and linked solid/open pieces without accepted thread evidence. They cannot certify the supplied NPT/BSPT construction. Customized dimensions require drawing approval. Identify applicable B16.5 requirements and request conformity records.
Confirm production and joint duty
Obtain relevant forged-production and inspection evidence. Define painting scope and functional-face/thread exclusions. Class 150 requires its governing material-temperature basis. Provide medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and loads, then agree compatible flange, gasket, bolting, thread sealing, installation, inspection, requested OEM/ODM/OBM work and the stated one-year warranty terms.
