This industrial stainless threaded fitting enquiry is presented as a smooth cast 50mm coupling. Confirm the actual supplied construction before ordering. Actual options include Nipple and Adapters alongside inch labels, so an accepted drawing must identify the selected fitting rather than relying on a type label alone.
Define both ends and the meaning of 50mm
All thirty-three actual variants use 50 mm with Stainless Steel, stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 201. Establish whether the metric designation means tube outside diameter, nominal size, body length or another dimension. Inch values in the type field do not establish an automatic conversion.
Request both end sizes and genders, bore, selected wall, body length, tolerances and installation envelope. Length and height ranges do not supply these dimensions, and the mounting-hole label is not the bore. Cylindrical female-threaded photographs illustrate examples without proving every option's supplied construction.
Accept the selected thread and exact stainless grade
Specify one NPT or BSPT form with nominal size, engagement, gauging and sealing acceptance. These are alternatives, not interchangeable connections. Verify that both mating components and the required assembly clearances match the selected end drawing before installation approval.
Obtain the product material specification, exact grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. The title's 306 designation needs clarification and should not be silently corrected to another grade. Actual 201 and 304 labels still require certificates. Casting needs production records; Smooth gives no measured roughness, coating definition or hygienic approval.
Qualify industrial use and assembly pressure
Low Pressure and Not Rated do not provide a certified operating envelope. Request the governing standard and actual material-temperature-joint pressure basis. Automotive maintenance and industrial application names do not qualify a specific medium. Assess composition, temperature, pressure cycles and the complete joint. Enquire with actual subtype, fully dimensioned ends, selected grade certificate, manufacturing/finish acceptance and complete duty.
