This stainless steel slip-on flange enquiry carries DIN 2576, PN16 and customized-size wording. The offered material choices also include Alloy and Carbon Steel. Confirm the actual supplied component and slip-on assembly drawing before accepting it for your installation.
Define pipe fit and flange placement before drilling
Fifteen Flange selections pair five size labels, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm, with three material labels. A selection does not independently identify nominal DN, flange bore or mating pipe diameter.
For an accepted slip-on construction, specify pipe outside diameter, bore clearance and axial placement. Include flange thickness, hub requirements, outside diameter, bolt circle, hole count and hole diameter, facing and tolerances. Check the 0.26 in mounting-hole entry against the ordered drilling plan. Customized Size requires an approved drawing.
Accept the welded assembly and traceable material
Define the actual welding arrangement, pipe wall, mating preparation and inspection acceptance. Equal and Hexagon wording does not establish complete flange geometry. Obtain manufacturing records supporting the Forged requirement for the selected part.
Specify an exact stainless grade and product specification, or the required carbon steel or alloy designation, with a traceable certificate. Alloy alone does not identify its composition. Agree a measurable facing finish; Smooth does not certify sealing roughness or a coating. Photographs can support shape comparison but cannot certify slip-on construction or material.
Check DIN requirements with the full mating joint
Accept the applicable DIN 2576 edition and selected dimensions with the mating flange, gasket and fasteners. PN16 and class 150 labels do not establish automatic dimensional compatibility or equivalent pressure-temperature capacity.
State the actual medium, temperature, operating pressure and cycling for a complete joint assessment. Send accepted component identification, the pipe-fit and drilling drawing, material certificate, facing requirements, welding and forging inspection criteria, governing rating basis and full operating duty.
