SCH160 and Extra Thick Wall do not provide one fixed thickness or guarantee an operating pressure. Specify the nominal sizes, dimensional specification and accepted wall values with tolerances. Define run and branch bores, diameters and center-to-end dimensions on the approved drawing, confirming Equal geometry and selected option mapping.

Clarify Welded Head wording against the actual connection and component construction. Request the welding end drawing and mating-pipe requirements rather than inventing a head design from an unclear title phrase.
