This pipe fitting enquiry requests an ASTM A815 S31803 stainless butt-welded equal tee with SCH40, SCH80 or STD wall requirements. Confirm the actual selected fitting type before accepting branch geometry. Elbow and TEE choices need their own selected drawing and material qualification.

Specify the selected branch or bend geometry

For a tee request, define run and branch nominal sizes, outside diameters, all end walls, centre-to-end dimensions, branch orientation and tolerances. Equal requires accepted same-size run/branch geometry. An elbow request needs its own bend drawing; one tee description cannot define every selection.

The 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm labels do not establish the full interface. Mounting-hole diameter 0.19in is not bore. Customized Size needs approved dimensions and inspection criteria. Dark tee-like photographs do not prove selected equal bores, grade or delivered construction.

Resolve the actual wall and certified material

SCH40, SCH80 and STD require the actual nominal size and corresponding selected wall thickness on the applicable standard basis. These labels do not establish interchangeable walls. Confirm the exact A815 edition, product material specification, S31803 certificate, heat traceability and supplied identification.

Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel options need separate grade acceptance; S31803 does not qualify every material. Forged requires actual manufacturing and inspection evidence. Butt-welded supply also requires selected preparation, matching pipe walls and joining/inspection acceptance.

Approve coating and the joined service conditions

Painting needs an agreed coating specification, surface preparation, application extent and weld-area treatment. Photographic colour does not qualify a coating or its medium compatibility. Pipe Class 125 alone supplies no numerical working pressure. Assess actual material, wall, joint, medium, pressure and temperature under governing design conditions. Send selected subtype, three-end or bend drawing, wall schedule/thickness, certificate, weld/coating acceptance and complete duty with the enquiry.
