This square-pipe precision-mating floor-flange enquiry needs an accepted mounting and pipe-interface drawing. Select the component's intended function before ordering. Floor and precision wording do not independently establish structural capacity, a square opening or a numerical mating tolerance.
Define the pipe profile and interface
Fifteen actual Flange variants combine 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm labels with Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Choose one combination, define its nominal or measured size meaning, and identify the intended pipe profile. Generic material choices require the selected grade, condition and inspection traceability.
The reference shows a round gold-colored drilled component with visible internal threads. It cannot certify composition, coating, thread standard or square-pipe compatibility. Define the supplied body and interface, including any thread designation or welding preparation, clearances and accepted inspection limits.
Dimension the mounting arrangement
Specify outside profile, base thickness, central-interface dimensions, hole coordinates or bolt circle, hole count and diameter, and tolerances. Precision mating needs numerical limits and an inspection method. Overall length 4 in, unitless height 8 and the 0.25-inch mounting-hole value cannot supply the entire mounting pattern or a missing unit.
For support use, state substrate, anchors or fasteners, load directions, forces, moments and installation criteria. A floor-flange name does not certify load capacity. Customized dimensions require drawing approval; confirm forged-production records and painting scope, including functional-surface exclusions.
Agree the actual service and environment
If used as a fluid connection, provide medium, pressure, temperature and cycling with the governing Class 125 material-temperature basis. Low-pressure wording provides no numerical limit. Corrosion resistance and flexibility need environment-specific acceptance and movement criteria. Confirm installation, inspection, requested OEM/ODM/OBM work and the stated one-year warranty terms; use model 3 as an enquiry reference.
