This offshore pipeline listing describes a custom forged tee with duplex steel 2205 and reducing geometry references. Carbon Steel and a234wpb are the material options, the types are labeled Reducer and Equal appears in the table. The original image supports a tee form; confirm the actual supplied configuration.
Resolve material and branch configuration
Obtain grade, condition and traceability records to settle the duplex title against the carbon and WPB labels. Identify the required material and component specifications with applicable editions. The image cannot verify duplex composition or replace the supplied material documentation.
Request a drawing defining both run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions. Reducing and Equal wording does not establish one agreed geometry. Confirm the proposed tee and its mapping to the selected option rather than adopting either description without actual dimensions.
Approve the customized welding and surface package
Define the actual end details and mating-pipe requirements, with the welding and inspection criteria applicable to the project. Agree drawing units, tolerances and revision control beyond Customized Size, Metric and Hexagon entries. The broad 1/2–110 inch range does not confirm a particular offshore configuration as available.
Request manufacturing records supporting FORGED and specify the actual paint chemistry, covered surfaces, thickness and inspections. Painting is a table reference, not evidence of the supplied coating or performance. Connect material, dimensional, end and paint acceptance to the approved customized drawing.
Describe offshore operating and exposure conditions
Provide process composition, contaminants, external exposure, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class supply no numerical allowable rating. Review the actual material and joint without assuming seawater approval or duplex corrosion performance. Confirm records, marking, preservation and delivery, with OEM and warranty terms agreed separately.
