Confirm the actual fitting, supplied material and coating package before accepting a configuration or protective performance for the order.
Define the supplied 3PE layers and coverage
Request the coating specification, actual layer and material requirements, covered areas, thickness and inspection criteria. Clarify how the 3PE title relates to the Painting table entry. The image cannot establish a coating system or its chemistry, so use actual application and acceptance records for the selected supply.
Identify internal and external exposure when setting the protective requirements. Confirm coating coverage around the actual mating-joint areas, with handling and preservation requirements. A 3PE or anti-corrosion label does not demonstrate a universal corrosion guarantee or approval for every fluid, temperature and environment in which a fitting might be installed.
Verify fitting material and seamless production scope

Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels do not certify an X65 fitting, and actual manufacturing evidence is needed for the Seamless title reference.
The Technic entry is Other, so no forged production route is established. Provide run and branch sizes, bore, wall, center-to-end and welding end details with tolerances on the approved drawing. Resolve the selected option mapping and confirm Equal geometry; Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not provide measurements.
Specify the actual coated-pipeline service
State medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients, external exposure and loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical limits unspecified. Assess the confirmed material, geometry, joint and coating against the intended duty, then agree material, end and coating inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
