Define the neck component and any companion closure

Specify nominal size basis, bore, wall, hub and neck profile, weld preparation, outside diameter, thickness and tolerances. Match the actual mating pipe and required joining inspection. Customizable size does not establish a particular nominal diameter or a standard-sized component.

If a blind flange is required, obtain its separate material, size, facing, drilling and pressure designation with matching assembly acceptance.
