This elbow enquiry presents SS304/201 stainless or carbon steel long-radius mandrel bends. Specify the actual selected material and numerical bend geometry before matching the pipe route. The catalogue wording establishes an elbow request but does not define the delivered angle, radius or forming method.
Define the bend path with numerical dimensions
Provide bend angle, centreline radius, nominal size, outside diameter, end walls, tangent or centre-to-end dimensions, ovality and tolerances. Long Radius requires an agreed numerical value and applicable basis. No ninety-degree angle or numbered dimensional standard is established by this listing.
Choices of 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm do not describe the complete bend. Mounting-hole diameter 0.26 in is not bore. Customized Size needs an approved drawing, including matching end dimensions for an Equal request and clear inspection acceptance.
Confirm the material and actual forming route
SS304 and 201 are separate stainless grade requests; Carbon Steel is another material family. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel options require exact product material specification, selected grade, heat-traceable certificate and supplied identification. No grade qualifies every choice.
Mandrel Bend and Forged need actual manufacturing and inspection records. The names do not prove the selected route or its incompatibility. Dark and metallic curved gallery examples cannot establish grade, coating, numerical radius or delivered construction. Welding needs selected preparation, matching pipe walls and joining/inspection requirements.
Accept coating and the complete welded duty
Painting requires an agreed coating specification, surface preparation, extent and weld-area treatment. Assess actual medium compatibility rather than inferring finish from colour. Pipe Class 150 alone supplies no numerical working pressure. Evaluate selected material, actual walls, bend geometry and joined assembly with pressure, temperature and governing design conditions. Send grade certificate, numerical bend drawing, route evidence, weld/coating acceptance and full duty with the enquiry.
